How about a world where you’re not searching online for every leave and benefits question?
If you’re interested in someone handling HR for you, I can help.

Here’s what I know about you …
You’re already doing all-the-things in your business and as much as you love your team you can’t figure out how to manage all their stuff along with the business.
If you’re not doing it all, maybe you found a great team of peeps to handle events, social media, marketing, finance but you’re still doing HR because you think it’s not enough for one person to do. And if that’s the case, you’re lucky. That means you haven’t had any people/legal fires yet.
But do you know if you’re compliant with state and local laws where you and your team are located or are you hoping the rest of the team don’t know anymore than you so it’s ok.
This is no way to move forward in your business.
Just as you set systems in place for the work you do with clients and how work gets done across your team, you need to have people processes set up so the trains keep moving.
I get it! HR doesn’t bring in anything to the bottom line and it isn’t helping you with client delivery in some way … but when something goes wrong, it will be so much more!
I’ve been doing this awhile …
Having spent nearly 20 years in the human resources profession, working across all employment sectors (government, private, and nonprofit) along with working with small businesses I’ve done all there is to do in HR from HR department of one to managing a global team of HR professionals.
What I’ve learned in all my years is that people are your number one asset in your business because they help you with client delivery, yet the desire is to make sure their paid and they get some perks and time off here and there. Instead of putting in processes so you get the right people in place from the beginning, you keep them happy and clear on what’s expected and how to do things, and if something happens, they leave your company on good terms (even if terminated) rather than in a blaze of destructive glory!
