Yoga
Whether you are an advanced yogi, someone looking to get back into a regular yoga practice, or someone just trying to find out a bit more, there are a number of concepts and poses to understand and practice in the one-to-one instruction offered; a dynamic or meditative style; and prenatal and corporate programs.
Vinyasa
Flow
This class includes asana series linked together with a focus on breath to movement and transitions between the asana groupings; this class tends to be more dynamic however is adjusted for all levels of practitioners in attendance; music is adjusted throughout the class to compliment the mood at different times; 60, 75 or 90 minutes.
QiYoga®
This is a fusion of India Hatha yoga and Chinese, Tibetan, and Korean Qi gong and utilizes visualizations, breath extension, and meditation to open energy channels and clear energy blockages from the chakras and nadis throughout the body to eliminate stagnant energy and build life force whilst stretching the spine and massaging the muscles and internal organs; 60, 75 or 90 minutes.
Prenatal
This class is for all stages of pregnancy and focuses on breath work, meditation, and asana practice that is both soothing and relaxing whilst still providing a vigorous session for the mother-to-be thereby taking full advantage of the suppleness afforded to the body during pregnancy; 60 or 75 minutes (longer sessions may include Yoga Nidra).
